This is general information about these services. It is not legal advice.
LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC ("LSB", "we") operates the catalog at lsbapps.com and the tools offered from that catalog. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and your California privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA. A notice on an individual app (for example, that a record stays in your browser) supplements this policy.
1. Information we collect
Some tools store their working record only in this browser. Where an app says that, we cannot see or recover that data. Clearing the browser deletes it. The catalog itself does not create an account, take a payment, or store what you make inside an app. Opening a tool takes you to that tool's site.

2. Who receives information
We use service providers to run the Services:
- Stripe, Inc. processes payments. Stripe receives payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive full card numbers.
- xAI receives only the text you submit to an AI feature, to generate a response.
- Upstash (Redis) and Vercel, Inc. provide hosting, databases, and logs.
- Email you send to support@lsbapps.com is used to answer you.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We use no advertising trackers.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage (sign-in session, purchase unlock, language, and similar preferences). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A cookie banner is not used for that reason. If that changes, we will update this policy.
4. Retention
Account and purchase records are kept while the account is active and for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Usage counters are kept for up to 90 days. AI request content is not stored by us after the response is returned, unless the app says otherwise.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
You may request to know/access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of for a sale or share. Email support@lsbapps.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify the request by email and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Under California's Shine the Light law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
6. Children
These tools are not directed to children under 13. Do not use them to collect personal information from a child. Purchases must be made by an adult. If you believe a child gave us personal information, email support@lsbapps.com and we will delete it.
7. Health information
LSB is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not enter patient or client identifiers into a feature that sends data to our server or to xAI. Read the notice on the app for what stays in the browser.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passphrases, and least-privilege keys. No system is perfectly secure.
